Account and Data Deletion Request

How to Submit Your Request

To delete your account and data, send an email to info@crtteknoloji.com with the following details:

• The email address or phone number you used when creating your account
• The application name (e.g., nicheCRM, nicheFabric)
• Subject line: "Account and Data Deletion Request"

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Account information (name, email, phone)
• All content and records created within the application
• Session and device information
• Communication and support history

Processing Time

After we receive and verify your request, your data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Data Required to Be Retained by Law

Certain data (such as invoicing or contractual records) must be retained for specific periods under tax law, the Turkish Commercial Code, KVKK, and other regulations. Such data is kept in a restricted, secure manner until the legal retention period expires, after which it is deleted.

Corporate User Accounts

If you are an employee or user of a corporate account, account deletion is generally handled by your organization's administrator. Please contact your administrator first in this case.

In-App Deletion

Some of our applications allow account deletion directly through Settings → Account → Delete My Account. If available, this option will be visible inside the app.
