This policy covers both the crtteknoloji.com website and the mobile applications developed by CRT Teknoloji.

3.2 Through Mobile Applications

• App content: Records you create inside the application (contacts, tasks, customer data, etc. — varies by app).
• Device data: Device model, OS version, app version — used for technical support and error logs.
• Session data: Login times, session tokens, IP address.

3.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

Our applications do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not track behavior, advertising identifiers, or perform cross-site tracking.

Sensitive permissions (location, camera, microphone, contacts) are requested only when you actively use a feature that requires them. The data is used only for that feature and is not stored or transmitted in the background.

Personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. We do not transfer data for marketing purposes. In a corporate customer relationship, limited contractually necessary data (e.g., billing details) may be shared with the relevant corporate authorities.

Our website uses only functional cookies. There are no third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Our mobile applications store session data in secure local storage on your device.
