Terms of Use and End User License Agreement

1. Definitions

• Service: The crtteknoloji.com website and the mobile applications developed by CRT Teknoloji (nicheCRM, nicheFabric, and others).
• User: The natural or legal person using the Service.
• Provider: CRT Teknoloji.

2. General

By using the Service, you accept these terms. These terms may be updated; changes become effective when published on this page.

3. License

CRT Teknoloji grants the User a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use our applications for personal or business purposes. This license covers only usage rights, not ownership of the software.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code of the application
• Distributing malware or accessing others' data without authorization
• Distributing spam, harassment, threats or unlawful content
• Excessive use of the Service via automated tools without explicit permission
• Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and all actions performed under it. Report any suspected unauthorized access to info@crtteknoloji.com immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

The applications, website, logo, design, source code, and all content belong to CRT Teknoloji. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Content created by the user within the application belongs to the user. CRT Teknoloji processes such content only to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". CRT Teknoloji does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user (if any) in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

CRT Teknoloji reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of a breach of these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

9. Apple-Specific Provisions

If you obtained the application through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• This EULA is between you and CRT Teknoloji, not Apple.
• CRT Teknoloji is solely responsible for the application and its maintenance and support.
• If the application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and (if any) request a refund of the price paid. Beyond that, Apple has no further obligation.
• CRT Teknoloji is responsible for handling third-party claims (intellectual property, product liability, etc.).
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Google Play-Specific Provisions

If you obtained the application through Google Play, you are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between these terms and Google Play terms, the provision that protects user rights directly applies.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kütahya courts and enforcement offices.
